Erica was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana where she found her passion for Cajun cooking and hospitality. Growing up in Louisiana shaped her in many ways with the culture, flare, traditions, and of course family! She moved to Alabama in 2016 for work with a successful pipeline company. It was safe to say that Birmingham stole her heart in many ways as she met her now fiancé while living here. They are planning their wedding for October 2020. She and her future husband bought a house in Mountain Brook and love spending weekends attending Church of the Highlands and spending time with family and their two dogs. Erica has always had a passion for helping others and when the opportunity to open a clinic presented itself she dove in head first. Weight-loss and wellness are very dear to her heart and helping her patients accomplish their goals is what she finds most rewarding.
